Youth have got addicted to the networking sites and use them more often and as such their life is completely influenced by these 
People find ot trendy to use these networking sites and being a member of the sites is considered trendy and in vogue  thing . 
Some people surf these sites to interact with people with similar prefrencees amd it helps in their decision making ability. 
They take the views and suggestions of the people before taking any such decision and feel quite comfortable with it.

The grades  of student who are heavy users of social media tend to suffer. Social networking sites harm employees productivity. Using social media can harm employment and prospects. People especially the young are often too open amd public with personla information when online. Most of dont read privacy policies and mah be unaware that their informatiom may be used by third parties like advertisers insurance companies and etc. Cyberbullying is commonplace online, caused emotional trauma and sometimes even leads to sucides
